A few things about me

My name is Fadela Hilali and I’m a London-based Life Coach working with clients both in the UK and Internationally. I have lived and worked in different parts of the world. I grew in beautiful Morocco which I left to move to South Carolina (US), followed by Barcelona to finally land in London, my home for the past 6 years.

I’ve worked in the private sector for a few years but eventually switched to the not for profit in an attempt to make a difference, and that I have done. Through fundraising and eventually life coaching, I was able to positively impact the life of vulnerable children and young adults.

Saying that helping people is my passion is an understatement, I’m 100% dedicated to helping people live their dream life!

But I’ve come a long way…

Despite my professional achievements and the recognition of my peers, I just could’t fill the emotional void I felt in my personal life. I thought that if things around me changed, I would eventually feel happy. I used to live in the land of “When I’m perfect, I will….”

When I lose (lots of) weight, I’ll find love.

When I make a lot of money, I’ll feel like the real deal.

When I find the “right” city, I’ll feel like a belong.

When I help enough people, I’ll feel worthy.

When everything is perfect, I’ll be happy.

The list goes on and as I’m sure you can guess, it never worked….

So what changed?

I learned to trust and love myself, all of it. I started to let go of things (and people) that didn’t serve me, including my harsh inner critique! I broke down my dreams into smaller steps and embraced the motto “I can be happy NOW” building the life I want.

Feeling good about who we are, what we do and how we do it IS possible. While it may take commitment and flexibility to get there, the end result is SO worth it.

It’s not about perfectionIt’s about transformationIt’s about feeling good!
